Being a teenager can be fun, yet it also comes with a lot of challenges. You are probably noticing a lot of changes right now in your body, your friends, your relationship with parents and siblings, and your feelings. You are becoming more independent and faced with more responsibility and choices. You might even be thinking about your future and what college you should attend or what you should study. Therapy can be a safe place for you to talk about those things and more. It is a place where you can be heard and understood. It is a place where you can work on improving relationships with your family, friends, and yourself.
